T-Shirt Quilts
My mom and I are going to make me a t-shirt quilt this summer out of all of my old high school t-shirts (from volleyball, leadership, the play, other sports). I'm so excited because this way I get to remember all of the great memories that go along with these shirts even though I don't wear them anymore! I'll put up a photo of the finished product!
How are you making yours? Do you have a website or video that you are using to make it? I want to make a t-shirt quilt also this summer, but I really have no clue how to go about doing it.
ReplyDeleteI was making one with my mother, but the project kind of fell to the side. I really have no skill for it, but my mother's a master quilter, so she was doing a lot of the work, especially the technical stuff [I was mostly cutting out fabric]. I can ask her to post a comment on here with a couple of tricks you can try!
